South West Business Park is a prime business park being developed by the Rohan Holdings Group. It is strategically located on a high-profile site with immediate access to the Cheeverstown LUAS stop and is just minutes from Kingswood M7 Junction on the M50 motorway.
Castlebrowne acted as the Main Contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage. We worked closely with the Client’s Design Team to achieve LEED Silver certification on this project.
Phase 1 of the development consisted of approx. 9.25 acres, comprising four separate warehousing unit sites (Units 1, 2A, 2B &3) and their associated infrastructure works, including access roads, drainage & utility services, footpaths, grass margins, boundary treatments & access gates, public lighting and landscaping.
